The Site is located at 1396 Old Hospital Road, Centreville, Wilkinson County, Mississippi 39631, and consists of the construction of a 310-foot Self-Support Communications Tower, with an overall height of 335-feet, within a 100-foot by 100-foot lease area which will contain an 80-foot by 80-foot fenced area. The project includes a 30-foot wide access/utility easement that extends east from the eastern portion of the lease area for 57 feet before terminating at Old Hospital Road. A 16-foot cattle gate and 12-foot-wide gravel access road will be installed within the access/utility easement. Associated equipment including an equipment cabinet and a generator will be installed within a 15-foot by 20-foot lease space southeast of the tower within the 100-foot by 100-foot lease area. An ice bridge will extend from the equipment cabinet to the tower. The proposed tower site is approximately 369.4 feet above mean sea level.
